Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Wisconsin Entrepreneurship Hub platform operated by Breakout Talent LLC in collaboration with the Wisconsin Entrepreneurship Hub at the University of Wisconsin–Madison.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the University of Wisconsin–Madison is not the operator of the platform and is not a party to these Terms.

The Wisconsin Entrepreneurship Hub platform is intended to support students, startups, faculty, and related participants in the entrepreneurship ecosystem. You agree to use the platform only for lawful, program-related, and professional purposes.

You may not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false, misleading, or harmful content.

Access to some features may require authentication, including sign-in through supported identity providers. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity that occurs through your access credentials.

We may suspend, restrict, or remove access when necessary to protect users, enforce program requirements, or respond to misuse or security concerns.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, including profile details, links, availability, and other content shared through the platform.

By submitting content, you grant the platform operators the right to store, display, and process that content as needed to operate the service and support the Wisconsin Entrepreneurship Hub program.

The platform may rely on third-party services for authentication, communications, storage, scheduling, analytics, or related functionality. Your use of those integrated features may also be subject to the terms and policies of the relevant third-party providers.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature will remain unchanged.

We may also update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

The platform is provided on an as-available basis for program and community use. To the extent permitted by law, the platform operators disclaim warranties not expressly stated and are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
